U.S. EPA (EPA) published its new Mandatory Green House Gas (GHG)
Reporting Rule in the Federal Register last Friday, Oct. 30. The new final rule
requires large GHG emitters and suppliers across the country to monitor and
report annual green house gas emissions. <<
